Can I change the contents of the box?
Yes! If you purchase a "Build Your Own Taste of Home" box, it's easy to customise your Down Under Box to include all of your favourite Aussie treats. You can also personalise each box by uploading a photo and adding a message for us to print off and include in the box.
How much is postage?
Postage is a flat rate of $20AUD for anywhere in the world. Each box weighs 1kg and we have worked with our shipping provider to get the price as low as possible.
All shipments are tracked and you will receive your tracking number via email after the order is dispatched.
What countries can I send a Down Under Box to?
You can send a Down Under Box anywhere in the world!
How long does delivery take?
That will depend on which country the box is being sent to:
Australia/New Zealand: 3-5 Business Days
Asia Pacific: 5-12 Business Days
Europe: 5-15 Business Days
USA/Canada: 5-14 Business Days
Rest Of The World: 6-20 Business Days
